		<description>Apparently Google is saving thousands of dollars per day by NOT having live telephone operators assist their customers.  As you experienced for yourself they send auto responses or suggest you find  the answers to your questions on their online forums.  Worthless.  I&#039;ve been dealing with fraudulent ad placements and the associated charges because the software they rely on to place ads is faulty since February - it&#039;s now April.  Fortunately I was able to get the charges reversed via our credit card bank but Google assures us that they will dispute our dispute unless I can legitimize my refusal to pay.  I have on numerous occasions but with Google clearly the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.  I&#039;m threatening them with complaints to the FTC and States Atty General...that ought to shake them out of their - blame the customer - complacency!!
