Now that the weather back East is finally warming up, I've been doing some surprising spring cleaning.  Maybe I'll inspire you to do some, too!
Does Spring Make You Want to Do Spring Cleaning?

After the miserable, cold, long winter the East Coast has just endured, I have noticed many of us getting Spring Fever ....the urge to go outside...and inside we've got Spring Cleaning Fever.  This is a real thing.  Read about it here.

Inside my New York apartment, I've been doing some big jobs (taking every shelf out of the refrigerator, washing it in the sink...you know)  but...I have also been tackling some of my BUSINESS SPRING CLEANING.

You know those tasks you just AVOID, not that they are so onerous, but there always seems to be something better to do:  I've tackled them. 
  • I called Sprint and got a credit of $120 for an incorrect bill.
  • I spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Paypal making sense of two old accounts linked to old phone numbers.
  • I resold a domain I owned that I thought might be valuable to another colleague.
  • I emailed two contacts for speaking engagements...and got positive responses from both of them!

I can't tell you how lighter and more liberated I feel getting this junk off my perpetual to-do list.  What was stopping me?  I'd like to blame the weather, but whatever...they are all done now.
