Working with Deborah is a unique experience:  her real-world approach, her pragmatic problem solving and her innovative thinking can help you get focused on solutions and actions in a remarkably short period of time.

Deborah works with clients who are in career transition, those who are just starting up a new business and those who are looking to bring their existing business to the next level.  Each consulting and coaching engagement is customized to meet specific client needs.

If you’re in Southern California or the New York City area, your first coaching session will be in person, though subsequent meetings may be over the phone and Internet.  Most clients begin with extensive written prepwork and then a two-hour intensive Intake Session.  These creative, free-flowing Lightning Round sessions result in actionable, ready-to-go plans that move you forward.

New in 2009, Deborah is partnering with Pascal Gasbarro, a certified business and life coach, to offer ongoing accountability for clients who wish to fully integrate and execute on their new business plans.

After we lay out a master plan, you will have new skills and plenty of options to expand your business.  Pascal will work with you:  he has extensive experience in founding and growing small business enterprises as well as coaching others to do the same.

For those who choose to add this on, Pascal will participate in your in-person coaching…he will take notes, participate to get a solid outline of your business needs and help you take direct action to fulfill them.  He will ensure that you can take the most value out of our work together:  an accountability coach keeps you on track even when the going gets rough. You have somebody to be in touch with who knows your challenges, understands your business strengths and fields your questions.

Pascal will move you from ideas to specific actions that produce results. You will have access to my expertise for the more complicated aspects of fulfilling your business goals.  Your follow through is the key to your success. Having an accountability coach will keep you on track with the key aspects of building your business.
